The parameter setting on the Lenze SMD AC drive can save on a unique EPM (Electronic Programmable Module) chip. The EPM is a plug-in memory chip which has been specifically designed for the Lenze SMD AC drive. With the EPM, drive data only needs to be configured once and can then be transferred to other SMD frequency inverters in the range. The programmer can save up to 30 different drive programs as files. Copying data from EPM to EPM, file to EPM or rewriting the EPM to a file.
